Never again .... disrespecting employees the customers ..... orders are taken incorrectly and the customer is verbally attacked .. statements are denied ... no go PS: Employees hardly speak German properly, for the most part it is also the reason why the orders are taken incorrectly. pity

The man was absolutely top motivated and friendly. It's amazing that someone is in customer service! And not even got the order ... Well ... Today was another reason to stop going to McDonalds !!!

Very nice waitress quick service.

The Mcdrive is quick to drive, even if the line is a little longer. The food is okay, tastes like always at McDonald's. So far, everything that was ordered was in the bag, which is not always the case at the other branches, so check the bag.

Staff could be friendlier and faster

Nice service in the drive. The staff tries to deal with the coronavirus situation well. The range is just the standard MC menu (including a broken ice machine on warm days;))

Super dirty, like a pigsty. Difficult to find a table that you don't have to be disgusted with.

Eating qualitatively, as McDonald's is now. Unfortunately, something often went wrong when ordering or was simply given the wrong burger (this not only happens here but also regularly at other McDonalds locations). However, a lady really surprised me. We ordered a happy meal with fruit nonsense and got an apple cone. After a direct address came a rude "don't have any more". Then it was said on our part that this could have been said to us simply when ordering. With this sentence the woman ran away and came back and gave us the ordered fruit nonsense, even though no one should have been there 🤔 Last but not least, the apple cone given to us would be put back in the refrigerator (despite the corona time 😂🙄)

I can't recommend incompetent and mostly unfriendly employees unless you like cold food and bad service

McDonald's in Würselen is actually really great. I visit it pretty often and was never really unsatisfied with the food. If you order on those bords your food will be there within 5-10 minutes. The staff was so far always friendly.

Qualitatively so-so. As usual with McDonald's, burgers are simply thrown into the box. Often there is still frit oil on the outside of the box. Drive-through is the absolute rim killer, especially if you have a larger car.

These totally badly made order screens you won't find anything so confusing. I then wanted to order personally but I was not allowed to order and I was referred back to the order screens there the five of us went and went to KFC where we were served personally. If Mc Donald goes back to Jülicherstr in Aachen, the customer is still king and the boss is very friendly

Classic Mc Donalds. Absolutely okay for now and then. Whereby the price becomes more and more unattractive over the years.

Have blocked many tables although it is better to be away from the other tables. Plus you don't get up at the moment.

Nice neighbourhood. Mc donalds is a standard. Fast, reliable, tasty. It has a big parking lot as well.

Beautiful restaurant on one floor with a caféMac. Table service. Spacious and well appointed.

Located within the Cite De Europe, the McDonalds is conveniently nearby the Eurotunnel Parking is limited and so it maybe easier to park across from the restaurant in the nearby car park. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The generic taste of McDonald’s is not something that deserves more than2 stars.

This was really surprisingly good. The food was freshly made and tasty. Better than most branches

They didn't serve everything I have ordered, though they were not busy. You need to specifically request a fork to eat your salad.
